Anyway, here we go again:

I nominate Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama, for his work in promoting global peace and compassion. He has strived for democracy, religious harmony, and non-violence, and the preservation of Tibetan Buddhist culture. As the figurehead of one of the largest religions in the world, the Dalai Lama has stressed the need for cooperation and kindness between cultures, something that is in short supply today. He has strongly condemned religious violence, such as jihad, and the massacres of Muslims by Buddhists in Myanmar, and this message of peace carries far.

...I had already included your nomination in the OP.

Being killed, no. Being killed because of one's nationality while paticipating to a humanitarian relief effort in a war-torn area, though, is another story.

I second the nomination for the Pro-Democracy Campaigners of Hong Kong (organisation, PR China).

May I also suggest that the title of the nomination for "the Fourteenth Dalai Lama...[etc.]" be capitalized ("The"), and references to the PR China be changed to the PRC (so that the whole name is an acronym)?

Just kidding, sorry man, as the Hong Kong protestors are fighting against a larger tyranny and their human rights.

I would like to nominate Doctors Without Borders, for their work in trying to help 3rd world nations with medical issues and their bravery in going to dangerous places and taking any patient, regardless of politics. I would especially like to mention their work recently with the Ebola patients in Africa.

By the way, Neutraligon, if you could expand the MSF nomination a bit... it's really scraping near the lower limit. Try to add something more.
