And? Communism has no problem with personal property, at least to my knowledge.

The communist manifesto kinda disagrees with that. The concept of inheritance for instance is not something a communist should like. Or the owning of land.
Small personal belongings - yes. But is a system of complex rights needed to protect such things ?
