I'll be honest, I mostly feel sleepy and achy.

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Yes it feels great. I feel tired for awhile and about 30 minutes after a workout I feel pretty great.

I lift the TV remote, my Xbox controller, my cat, and a fork laden with food (I do the most reps of that) so does that count? :)

Meh, if I feel like it. I used to do mixed martial arts from when I was seven years old to about when I was fifteen years old. Started lifting weights later, about when I was 11 or so, managed to lift 120 pounds which was about my weight. Then I just kinda stopped for no real reason. Thought about doing it again.

I don't see a doc since 2010.

I have dormant asthma and I am obese and sedentary.

Wouldn't be good to start doing exercises out of the void, because the risks are notorious.

Also, you need a medical authorization to go to gym, yoga and even swimming classes in Rio.
Pro: Communism/anarchism, Indigenous rights, MOGAI stuff, bodily autonomy, disability rights, environmentalism
Meh: Animal rights, non-harmful religion/superstition, militant atheism, left-leaning reform of capitalism
Anti: Dyadic superstructure (sex-gender birth designation and hierarchy), positivism, conservatism, imperialism, Zionism, Orientalism, fascism, religious right, bending to reactionary concerns before freedom/common concern, fraudulent beliefs and ideologies

Formerly "Hetalian Indie Rio de Janeiro".

Compass: -10.00, -9.13
S-E Ideology: Demc. Socialist (92% ditto/Marxist, 75% Anarchist/Social democrat, 0% etc)
S-E school of thought: Communist (100% ditto, 96% Post-Keynesian)

Though this says I'm a social democrat, I'm largely a left communist.

Oddly enough, I do lift a bit. I have a couple of 2 kilo hand weights under my desk and sometimes I work my arms ... or more usually, I work one arm while the other operates the mouse or the Page Down key.

Just enough to get my heart and respiration rates up a bit though. Probably not what you'd call "working out".

When yoga is outlawed, only outlaws will ... damn. I know there's a joke there somewhere.
