Somebody call Japan and Korea, tell them it's time to change their culture because the Almighty Western Cultural Hivemind does not approve of their customs.

Of course it does. In western society It shows a pupil how behave later on in life. We were instructed to shake hands at the end of a sports match at school for example. I am sure there were plenty of things you were instructed to do growing up to do with your background that people not from that background might think has no purpose yet you hold it dearly. A topical example might be your not wanting to shake the hands of men, what purpose can that possibly serve? However if I was to apply to a job in a school in a Muslim country or a Muslim school I would not shake female teachers or pupils hands as that's not the done thing for aforementioned reasons. If I did not agree to observe that rule I would not expect to be hired or to keep the job. Or if the situation was reversed would you agree that if I went round trying to shake hands with Muslim women at school whether they were ok with it or not I should stay in my job and not have any disciplinary actions against me?
You would be forcing someone to preform an action, which is a violation of her space and her rights.

I don't think Japan or Korea bow because of a cultural belief that women touching men is degrading, demeaning or against God's holy and oh-so-just will since women are temptresses who will spoil man's rightness and/or men are vile creatures incapable of containing their lust for tit-flesh and vagina because of the act of touching a woman unrelated to them.

Come back when you're calm and rational.
Probably never.
That was pretty much your argument. You tried to imply that forcing someone to breach celibacy is the same as forcing someone to do their goddamn job for the money they were given, or to give the money back.
You cried rape.
That's what you did. You tried to imply our position is tantamount to rape, because you have no other argument.

You have no argument but "Islam is stupid" and thus attempt to offend me out of the thread by screaming the word "rape".
Not sure how that was supposed to work.

They do it to expose a weak spot to the person, giving them a loose permission to cut off their head if they want to. (Though this permission is probably no longer actually given )
I wouldn't be suprised if it started as a strictly lessers-to-superiors thing, but eventually graduated to mutual respect.

It depends on the type of bowing. Kowtowing is definitely lessers-to-superiors, but a standing bow is generally a mutual thing. It doesn't really expose any weak points when you bow standing up (unless you do so very deeply, of course,) and in kendo you're expressly told to maintain eye contact while bowing.
That was always a problem for a lot of the east Asian kids I met at university who joined the kendo club. They would stare at the floor when they bowed. Not a good idea when confronted by an angry man with a sword, even if it's bamboo. It's not really a good position to cut somebody's head off from, but you could do some pretty serious damage.

Priest is scared that if she shakes hands with Whites, then she will catch Whiteness.
Suppose shaking hands with a White really does turn you White?
