The only ones that are genuinely non-bullshit are the ones you are given physically, by a licensed expert (doctor, psychologist, what have you), and have to make in their presence. All internet tests, including Mensa's, are examples of the fact that you are either the paying customer (buying titles or certificates, joining their organisation) or the product (personal information required for a result, which in nearly all cases is sold to companies that want to send spam your way even if they promise not to).

IQ doesn't mean much, though. You can be born with intelligence but refuse to learn anything, and so you might fail that test/entrance exam/job thingy/whatever with a lower score than that low-IQ dude that studied.

You know, I'm not lying, I have an IQ of about 134, at least, when I got the test it was either that, or 143, but I think the former is more likely. But like I said before, it was only a partial test given to me by a friend who was going to school to be a Psychiatrist.

Which, it should be noted, could be a function of selection bias (people that have an IQ of 120+ are more likely to go to university and be relatively successful that those with less than 120), a function of how universities teach (university students are probably much, much better at taking exams and quizzes than the average person due to how much time, effort and 'training' they've expended on it) or both.
