why should anyone be licensed at all?

drug dealing is unethical. Its by definition exploitation.

By that logic, Starbucks is evil, so is any business that sells caffeinated soda.

Seriously, by your logic, any product that has the potential to harm anyone, even food...makes selling it unethical.

Yeah, and my teacher told me that the votes that the electoral college casts are simply "condensed from the popular vote". Does that make it true? No. I had to correct her, and we had to relearn correctly the next day.

Alcohol is more dangerous than Marijuana, and it's legal.

Regardless of what you think, I demand actual sources.

decades ago the idea of legalization (allowing the government to sell harmful drugs to the people and/or to subsidize/support and collect taxes from drug dealers) would NEVER have been contemplated. I was there in the good old days. I speak as a first hand witness.

ex-ploi-ta-tion
noun
1.
the action or fact of treating someone unfairly in order to benefit from their work.
2.
the action of making use of and benefiting from resources.

So technically, yes. Technically, everything we do is exploitation. I'm exploiting the power company by making use of electricity.

there's nothing wrong with Starbucks or ice cream.

I go to Stabucks all the time, its one of my favorite coffee places. What's your point?

You can't compare caffeine to really addictive and harmful drugs like marijuana.

its not the same as recreational drug addiction (ex marijuana, heroin, coke).

Caffeine is just a food you really like, like soda or chips. Its not messing with you and its not destroying you.

Caffeine is a recreational drug. You don't get to change the meanings of words to agree with your bullshit prohibitionist agenda.
