Any "Overdose" resulting in death would be because the marijuana was laced with harmful chemicals. The only way natural weed could be harmful is by getting people fat. Which isn't too bad considering America's obesity rate. No offense to anybody who's overweight.

If we made possession of marijuana legal, then people are going to exploit this and store marijuana in plain sight in their homes.

Then they have more bases to sell this stuff illegally to schoolchildren, teenagers, the poor and other vulnerable people.

It makes no sense to legalize possession from a law enforcement perspective. It makes it impossible to arrest any drug dealers unless they are caught in the very act of dealing.

If the police show up, someone can just throw their hands up and say ,

In my opinion, yes, but that certainly isn't the reason why it should be legal.

It should be legal because it's virtually harmless, and things of similar risk are legal such as smoking and drinking, and the criminal penalties of marijuana use are somewhat unfair and overzealous.

But I sure as hell don't give a damn about the BS libertarian argument of "its my body lol ill do whatever i want with it no matter what and u cant stop me". That's just stupid and immature. All common sense would agree that shit like crystal meth, krokodile, and cocaine should certainly not be legal.

I completely disagree. Storefronts abandoned for years here in Denver have found a business. Local economies are growing, and we've seen nothing but taxes toward education and infrastructure.
