I don't do crunches. It's planks, chin-ups, and press ups, as well as lat pull downs, which when done standing are a great ab exercise.

So frustrating having abs that don't show. Soon my precious. Soon.

I forgot I had it. Still has my old name. Didn't accrue many miles (all of them with Delta,) so I don't know if it's worth updating.
