Sao Paulo is an ordinary aircraft carrier, not a supercarrier.
Your nation is like a son. What it does right is your merit, as well as what it does wrong is your fault. When you praise it, be lucid and avoid exaggeration. Praising it too much can make it indolent. On the other hand, when you criticize it, be harsh, but do not ridicule it. Do your best to improve it, not through derision or disdain, but through good examples and dedication.

Only heard it called the last. It holds a reasonable amounts of aircraft, I don't see why it isn't.

Because supercarriers are define as having displacements larger than 65,000 tons. The Sao Paulo 32,000 tons.

Because Nimitz Class carriers, which are defined as super carriers, carry 90 fixed wing and rotary aircraft. The Sao Paulo carries 39.

Although they're the largest in Latin America, and we have a few peacekeeping troops deployed in Haiti and Africa, our military is no match to Canada's. While Chile's Armed Forces are smaller, they have one of the most technologically advanced and professional armed forces of South America, mainly because of the help they get from the US. Colombia is also investing much money in its military. Still, Brazil is expected to become militarily self-sufficient by 2017. We also have some military technology-sharing agreements with Russia.

On Brazil-US relations, at least trade seems to be growing. Mainly because Argentina is going to the shitter. On the other hand, trade disputes are also growing. Overall, our government is neither friendly nor hostile towards the US, as they're our second-largest trading partner, but we're seeking for alternatives. In the near future, we might get a free trade agreement with the EU, which would be a very good thing.

This, pretty much.

Meh: Animal rights, non-harmful religion/superstition, militant atheism, left-leaning reform of capitalism
Anti: Dyadic superstructure (sex-gender birth designation and hierarchy), positivism, conservatism, imperialism, Zionism, Orientalism, fascism, religious right, bending to reactionary concerns before freedom/common concern, fraudulent beliefs and ideologies

Though this says I'm a social democrat, I'm largely a left communist.

Much of Chile's equipment comes from the EU and it's army is trained by ex-Bundeswehr officers.

Regardless, they get a lot of military help from the US as well. But historically, the Chilean Army has always admired the Prussian/German Army anyway.

India a similar population to China, has a massively growing economy that has still got at least 30 years of strong growth and are developing intercontinental nuclear missiles.

Brazil doesn't have as much population but still possesses a fast growing economy, has a sizable military and also has the ability to develop nuclear weapons if it wishes.

India isn't developing ICBMs, they have no need to. They're developing SLBMs and IRBMs.

Canada can't do shit mate.

That has the UK ahead of France and Germany as 7th and fucking Pakistan ahead of Canada. Forgive me if I remain unimpressed.

The UK has higher spending per soldier, higher spending overall and IIRC greater strategic mobility than France.

Ha, I wish. Our economic growth is stagnating, while inflation is growing. We might even have entered technical recession. Growth has averaged around 2% and inflation 6%. Brazil’s current-account deficit stands at 3.7% of GDP, up from 2.4% in 2012. The Real fell against the Dollar by 14%. Standard & Poor's cut Brazil from BBB to BBB-.

Roussef has no idea of how to administer a country. The great progress made during the two previous governments (FHC & Lula) is waning. We still have enough to time to overcome these difficulties, but only if we change the government. Hopefully, this will happen in this year's elections, but regardless of who wins, 2015 will be a tough year for the Brazilian economy.

On nuclear weapons, we started developing them in the 70's but the program was dismantled in the 1990's, but we still possess the technologies needed to produce nuclear weapons.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.
