The Angry Birds win at Seahawks, that was another amazing game following the Pats win at the Meadowlands.

Also: Packers 0-3 since former Bears legend Mike Ditka wore a Packers jersey for a commercial. Da Curse

And a little update:

Ouch. That bad this year?

About to fall to 5-5 because my players are inconsistent (with no better options available in a 10-team league), and I'm on the bubble for a playoff spot. Not technically bad; but "win one, lose one" is nerve-wracking. I've also had numerous injuries, many of them season-ending (Le'Veon Bell, Steve Smith, etc.)

Holy hell, the Bucs won a game?! I'm so not used to this. We even won on a pretty creative playcall on the bootleg run to Winston.

Considering nobody from the NFC East is gonna get one, you guys will most-likely get something. :p

In other news, can we please borrow Michael Bennett for the next couple of weeks? :)

The Lions won a road game against the Packers for the first time since 1991. 24 straight losses- the streak was ended.

Granted, we trying really hard to extend that streak to 25 games, but it turns out the Packers did not want to win either.

Now, time to go for a sweep of the Packers for the first time in who knows how long.

Looks like that was also 1991. We've been swept by the Packers 11 times since 1991, and 9 of those have come since 2001. 7 of those were between 2000 and 2009, where we went 3-17 against the Packers.

To put it in perspective, the Lions, Packers, and Bears have been in the same division and have been playing each other twice a season every single season since the 1930s.

Or I could coach for the Lions. Jim Caldwell fucks up the offense, as usual, despite the talent level involved. The team also has no offensive line.

Here's my promised week 10 playoff prediction...it's a game early but tonight's game doesn't affect my decision. I'm going to keep this short, so no explanations embedded in to it like last time. Winners are underlined. Patriots win Conference against anyone other than Bengals, Arizona makes Super Bowl no matter what but lose by one score if Patriots make it.

Note my AFC South winner in my previous post is biased. I'm pretty sure whoever wins the south will have fewer than 8 wins and will lose the first round of the playoffs. Honestly though with how bad the Colts are playing I honestly do think the Jags are a better team if they get their shit in gear.
