Next, they need to limit the number of face types and heights. Then, every youngster will have to pick a character class before entering the workforce with clothes befitting that class.

I guess schooling will be the nub zone.
Also, chocobos.

North Korea did something dumb. This is the 5 news, at 6.

Seriously, though, hippies could conceal all kinds of anti-Juche propaganda leaflets about democracy and happiness in hair over 5 cm long. It's very rational.

North Korea sucks, but the government has the right idea on men's hairstyles. Though I don't like the female hairstyles, they're too short
Republican - Conservative government is the answer
Roman Catholic - The true Church of Christ, founded on the back of St. Peter.
Pro-Life - Abortion is murder and should only be performed to save the mothers life, no exceptions.
Anti-Atheism - Atheism is dangerous.
Anti-Secularism - In any form where it is illegal for the government to fund religious institutions or have religious displays on public property.
Anti-gay "marriage" - Marriage is only valid between a man and woman
Anti-Promiscuity - Casual sex is disrespectful and demeaning to all involved and it is immoral.
Anti-Pornography - Porn is disgustingly immoral and degrades all involved, and only those who are addicted to it will defend it.

Yeah. Some of the women's haircuts are a bit short. I'd allow maybe some longer ones. (Not like down to their legs or anything.)

I don't really like banning haircuts, but I like the idea of not having to look at those crazy goth hairstyles. And I like the styles they chose

Sometime in the next ten years, expect the North Korean government to charge ludicrous sums of tax money for the option of extra 'exclusive' hairstyles.

Why would they need to tax anything? They have all of China's money. And if they are like Runescape, maybe they buy things from you, and then resell it for %300 more than you sold it for.

Well, it's both. Note that I used conservative with a lower case - in this case, it's being enforced to conserve the modesty, tidiness and regimentation that's thought to characterise their "martial society", and is meant to be the antithesis of Western individualism (which would be liberal in this context), which sort of undermines their style of governance.
