As for me, I'm hoping to move to another country sooner rather than later and then renounce my citizenship.
Go to North-Korea, at least they will get you to work in notime;)

Look what pride did for Jews. It let them do what the Nazis did.Regnum Dominae wrote:That is not a relevant response.
Sorry I failed you, master.

I admit there are times when I am not too happy with my country, what it has done, what it is doing and what it will undoubtedly do. However, I also think these polar extremes between absolute hate and absolute love to be...concerning. There's no nation on earth that is without sin, that has not done evil and that will not do evil. Whatever evil has come to mean or will mean as time goes on. With that said, I still am proud of my country and I think it has done some good. For one, my grandfather was liberated from Dachau because of American troops. My grandmother was given a new home and a new life, which would not have been the case had she stayed in Yugoslavia (where they'd probably have killed her). And it gave my mother a chance to live in the land of opportunity compared to the impoverished rural Korea she grew up in, where women really had no meaningful purpose except to have children (ideally sons) and die.
So I hope to see you move to another country soon, to lose your citizenship, but I hope your task is arduous. I hope the country you wish to migrate to only values/welcomes the well-educated or the wealthy so that it is just that much more harder. Because there are plenty of people who wish to come here who really know how shitty most of the world is and you're taking up their spot
