That's more or less what social democracy is about. Not too bad it itself (even if not fully optimal), but sadly unstable. One side will get the upper hand and break the consensus, as the bourgeoisie is doing in Europe since a few decades, using its superior might (due to many factors) to disband one by one the conquests of social democracy.

Actually, there's something to be said for trying to come up with what you instinctively believe and then expanding your knowledge. You usually don't make public statements before expanding your knowledge, though.

Actually, that's not true; those provinces were only united in their struggle against Spain. That struggle, meanwhile, was only succesful because Spain thought it could introduce a punitive tax on the people living there. The areas that would later form the United Provinces were somewhat wealthy, but only really became wealthy in the years after 1585.

No, there has never been a perfect solution in politics. The world is not made of perfect solutions and solutions that destroy everything.

Know that someday, you will not feel the compulsion to pose in the mirror for the "imaginary audience". You will not be omniscient. You will not be invincible. You will not be unique in a planet with billions of people, and that is okay. You will stop destroying yourself in unique ways. Your understanding will get better with time. Your identity is probably just starting to solidify. Just know that most people do not look upon their 16 year-old selves fondly, and that is a sign of progress.
