Bundaberg Rum. Yes, I am a bogan. And proud of it.

It's my estimation that every man ever got a statue made of him was one kind of son of a b*tch or another.

Be a man, drink it neat, and make it a triple. Down it in one. That's what whiskey's for, especially in winter.

Yes.

Unless of course it's not OK for a woman to ask for a female to ask for a female officer to carry out body checks. In which case, the answer would be no.

I have to agree with the former: I quickly found the "rude Frenchman" stereotype has little to no merit.

Although I am saddened by the latter :(

I for one think Germany's pretty fantastic and comparing Berlin to London or any other city in the UK certainly dented what was left of my national pride.

The cities are the one part of Germany I don't like to go. I've never said, in fact, no-one's ever said, "I wish I was in Munich." And London, my dear fellow, is the best city on Earth.

My poison of choice is mead, but it's rather hard to get at a decent price. Failing that, red wine or proper ale.

Or ale, cider and mead.

Beer is for piss-drinkers,

Ale is a type of beer…

Can't say anything about Munich, I've only been to Berlin.
Must disagree with you on London, obviously. It's a dirty, crooked place and I can't say I find the lack of municipal planning as 'charming' as other people seem to.

Bloody hell no. Can't abide the place, the language, the majority of the inhabitants, or the values they tend to expound.

And London is the finest city on earth.

But it has Saville Row, Whitehall, St. James, Notting Hill and Belgravia. And Lords and the MCC.

Oh yeah London's amazing. I love a city that's really expensive to get around as you can't walk anywhere due to it being so big! And the deceptive beer (London Pride; tastes good, gives you the shits the next day) is great too - not to mention it being more expensive than anywhere else in England!

What values? Is it true, then, that Germans tend to just believe what those above them say, and view dissenters as weird? I have never been to Germany.

No, Beer (in Modern terminology beer=lager) is a carbonated beverage, only similar to ale due to the ingredients it uses.

It's just too old for my taste. It's got some decent landmarks but every city has bright spots (except Leeds).

Canary Wharf, and the stretch of river where the Milenium Eye is, is awesome. I agree with you on the last part, though.

My father's girlfriend buys me some Russian vodka on her trips to Russia.

It doesn't actually have a brand, it's just some mom & pa brewery that makes the best damn vodka I've ever had.

Mentioning Alibhai-Brown is below the belt. We can't be held to account for every crank.
