A parasite is a foreign object, as it comes from outside the host. A fetus developes inside the mother.

So, simply because they are voting to make fetuses a person, means that they are eliminating women's rights altogether?

Also, I need a source that says a fetus is not a person. At what point does it start being one? By simply moving through a vagina (yes, I know its more complicated than that, but essentially, that is what happens)? Because that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I must emphasise that, if anything, this can only interfere with state funding of abortions, federal laws and rulings cannot be affected since this initiative refers only to the state constitution of Mississippi.
