Generalites: How do you view yourselves in a relationship?

I think honestly, I am a lot better at 'the courting process' part, flirting, dating, fooling around, etc. than I am at the whole relationship part.

I am the opposite. I hate dating, fooling around, or flirting. I don't think I'm too good at them. However, the relationship part, I'm better at that.

Seems to me I'm nearly irresistible when I'm working my way into it, but then somehow it falls apart once I'm there. And its usually months or years before I find someone interesting enough to pursue.

I can understand the feeling. Being in a relationship, maintaining it, is never an easy task. It takes work, from both sides.

I agree. However, they apparently insist on having a 'gender' divide in their relationship. Seems strange to me.
