Personally I find that to be rather stupid and infantile.
But hypothetically, if such a policy were to be endorsed by a majority of citizens within a country that sought to enact such an action under a national referendum, and provided the deportation process is executed under the most peaceful and least disruptive circumstances possible (which frankly aren't much) such as early notification towards deportees, permitting them to retain all personal belongings and financial assets, and subsidising their emigration expenses back to wherever it is they want to go.
But really deportation is a bad idea and should be rejected.
