Mercedes > BMW, for me, it's the best or nothing, not the "ultimate" so-called driving machine. Even so, BMWS are alright.
Audi is ok, but I prefer RWD for luxury and sport.
V8s are charismatic engines, and have a nice exhaust note, despite the biggest turbo you put on your 4 cylinder, whether it is inline or flat.
Miata, lol, it's now a meme car.
Nissan GT-R, it's a bit overrated, sure it can put a nice laptime down, but it's now
Subaru, for someone reason I have a gargantuan dislike for them, for some reason. Maybe it's the subculture.
CVTs have merits, they can give good mileage and are smooth.
Mercedes is, indeed, better. They usually make more reliable cars and are cheaper nowadays.
The Miata is a meme car for a good reason - it's that great.
And I don't give half of a shit about the fanbase of a car. If it's good, it's good, if it's bad, it's bad, no matter who owns it.
Mazda Miata/MX5
Pros: Superior handling, basic bros hate it (Your tuned Mustang can't outhandle it)
Cons: Underpowered, but somewhat okay, power, older ones are quite spartan.
Fanbases can be annoying, I wouldn't want Subie guys saying "one of us" to me, but blaming bad fandoms is too superficial. Even so, no Subaru had ever enticed me, the BRZ came close, but the Toyota FRS is cheaper and the same car, but more people complain about the engine's output than any Subie stigma, had they got the BRZ over the FRS/GT86. Mind you, this is why LS swaps are thing, even if it is an overplayed meme.
