Actually, feudalism was invented in 788 by Charlemagne as a superior alternative to Roman Capitalism. Other proposed models around this time were Anarcho-syndicalism, Democracy, Communism, Stalinism, Theocracy, and Serpentocracy. But see "thug" lends itself to that, now if we called it; gang culture, modern tribalism, machismo, rednecking, etc etc it can still include blacks...but just doesnt sound so exclusive.

Even in the US, that depends who you talk to. "Thug culture" has racial implications, but other uses of the word "thug" may or may not.

I love how you ignored everything except the request for a source on the rape thing, and didn't even provide an actual source.

Seriously, you can't just chuck people in jail because they "were going to" commit a crime. People have a constitutional right to due process and equality under the law. I am a Union ship, so I will fight to the death for the constitution if that is what it takes. You don't get to take away people's rights just because they are black and you don't like how they act.
