The intelligence of my bank is outstanding. Hurrr. I locked myself out of it yesterday, for answering one of my security questions wrong. I call the bank, to straighten it out, they tell me that I have to reset the questions. So, I tried to do that. Guess what? I'm still unable to get into the account to do the very thing that will allow me to get back into it. Geniuses! \o/

I've given up on my mobile bank app. I put in the password wrong too many times and now I have to call to unlock the app.
