All the games do that. Or at least the main ones. Fallout zooms out from an old TV while Maybe by The Ink Spots plays in the background, showing that the TV was in an abandoned apartment in the ruins of a pre-war city.
Fallout 2 shows a preparation video for leaving the vault while a Louis Armstrong song plays in the background, before the vault door is opened and the residents are slaughtered by the Enclave.
New Vegas zooms out from the Lucky 38 hotel and across the city of New Vegas while the song Blue Moon plays, then zooming out from there to show an NCR ranger shooting a fiend outside of Camp McCarran, then zooming out to show a bunch of legionnaires scouting Vegas, then zooming to the Goodsprings graveyard where the protagonist is about to be shot.
Hmm.
I'm sure it's in no way superior to WALL•E!
