He didn't escape. He was shot dead by Parliament's ceremonial guardsman after he broke in.
I'm just waiting for footage of Canadian soldiers water boarding ISIS members with maple syrup.

He didn't escape. He was shot dead by Parliament's ceremonial guardsman after he broke in.
