I did a photoshop of my face while I was thinking about plastic surgery. It's totally awful because I'm bad at photoshop, and I fucked up my hair and tried to "fix" it lol. I kind of want to post it.

For what I have seen of your photos, you don't need plastic surgery. Unless you weren't thinking about it for yourself.

Looks more like you've excessively use the airbrush tool rather than reshape and touch areas around.
