Why? I'm terrified of an Asiatic expansion for CK2, since as it is the game already runs like shit even with the optimization on my computer, and I don't exactly have a bad build.

It's not possible to cross from Asia to Europe with such long lines of supply, though.
But considering Rome - China had relations in the past, possible enough.
