You can't be romantically involved with Strong, according to the wikia.

You can be, surprisingly, with Preston Garvey. Which I find humorous. Honestly, the whole romance thing with the companions is a little uncanny for me. XD

Most of the romances were forced and poorly implemented. Some were pretty good (Piper, for instance), but most were just dumb.

Strong is bad because they were trying for a second Fawkes and failed because he didn't have a Gatling Laser and 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 HP.

Pseudophilosphy and preachy do-good rhetoric is already annoying; when it's being uttered by a being that sounds like Randy Savage after getting his vocal cords ripped out, it gets significantly worse.

I feel like everyone at this point is just falling in love with me, and it's kinda weird. Like, I appreciate that I have the option to pursue any of a number of companions, but sometimes I just want to be nice to people without them thinking I want to get into their pants. But I inevitably end up in the "Do you want to start a relationship with this person?" conversation, and the only way to stop getting pulled into that every time you see them is to just completely shut them down with the "How dare you exhibit emotion, just stop having feelings" dialogue option which makes me feel bad.

To be fair, it's not supposed to be pretty, it's supposed to look like the product of scavengers who have no real manufacturing capabilities. That being said, I can't for the life of me figure out why they decided to stretch a piece of leather/fabric across the front of the cage that protects the wearer's head.

To be honest, even though they were really obviously the bad guys, I still think Caesar's Legion were (at least aesthetically) a lot cooler than the NCR.
