That conflict would probably be World War I.

A bunch of Danish / German / Baltic princes arguing among themselves.

Prince Hans leads one faction, another one leads another faction.

Both sides begin fighting.

I see what you mean, but what will become of Queen Elsa? Also, the tech level of the ships suggests that they're still some time in the 18th century. By the 19th century, steam power was already readily available in ships, something you don't see in Frozen.

Realistically speaking, that would lead to a catastrophic civil war in the Southern Isles.

Considering the fact that princes and nobles would have their own private armies in addition to the national militaries, that would only complicate things more.

Furthermore, Arendelle, being so close to the Southern Isles, would also likely be affected.

So, what do you guys think happened to the Duke and Hans after they got kicked out of Arendelle?

I'd think the Duke wouldn't be too well received back home, considering he just caused Weselton's closest trade partner to sever ties with them. Maybe a demotion?

Maybe he got fired, i guess. Hans would probably go to prison.

Hans retained his role in the Southern Isles and the Duke probably became determined to counter darkness.

One of the guards of the Duke looks like Paul von Hindenburg and Hans likely took inspiration from Napoleon.

No to everything.

We've already been through this. Provide something new and feasible for a change.

That is, if the other brothers unanimously sentence him. If some of them side with him, then, well... :?

No he wouldn't. If I knew about his kleptomaniac tendencies, I'd throw him out of the seminary.

The Duke seems to put Christ above all, which means he probably adheres to the teachings of Christ.

Christ was a known advocate of murder and stealing.

May I point out that the Duke openly expressed his intentions of exploiting Arendelle (i.e. stealing their stuff), and the Ten Commandments says "Thou shalt not steal"?

He only wanted to gain an advantage in trade. He did not want to steal.

I bet the Duke did have Christian love for Elsa.

1 make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource): 500 companies sprang up to exploit this new technology.

• benefit unfairly from the work of (someone), typically by overworking or underpaying them: women are exploited in the workplace.

Note the second definition.

Since the Duke was a devout Christian, I assume he was going on the first definition.

Many Christians have killed when it is absolutely necessary. It was absolutely necessary in that case.
