Not the kind of music I listen to often, but I enjoy it; more than I do a lot of the mainstream music that's out there. I love Bill Monroe's Blue Moon Of Kentucky
I've never heard of enka and cumbia though...guess I have more music to explore now. :p

So, last month I had 63 individual albums, EP's, and soundtracks.

This month, I already have 54. I think I had a bit of a slow start to the month, but clearly last month I had a REALLY slow period. Which isn't surprising. That month I was in wanting to work outside mode, and getting the damned garage cleaned up. This month I've been sleep deprived through most of it so far.

Yesterday I listened to 8 albums, and today I have 4.

So finally, I'm listening to some new Coldplay material.

...it's okay as of present, I guess. Chris Martin certainly seems to sound better on this album than on MX for me.
Now mostly a politik discuss account.

Total albums listened in a month. Last.fm tracks when you listen to a full album.

I don't use last.fm so I have no idea how many albums I listen monthly. Not that I would even care. But the answer is: A lot.

So, I've gotten fed up with how difficult it is to change the name of artists and tracks with Windows Media Player. I can't scrobble music I play from my library or add to my phone because the artist or track titles are always screwed up. Mixtapes in particular are a pain, because they usually have stupidness in the titles. And with CDs I rip to the computer, all the featured artists are bunched together into one artist name, and that's the artist that scrobbles to my last.fm. :palm:
#MusicGeekProblems

So today I finally decided to look for an alternative, and I found MusicBee. Better interface and it didn't take me a bunch of time to figure out how to change the artist/song name and get it to freaking scrobble correctly.
Now I shall spend the rest of the day going through the ten mixtapes I've been waiting to listen to. 8)

Last.fm is a cruel thing that preys on music-obsessed people like myself. :p

I didn't know AC/DC was even still together...

Rumors come and go. Granted, they're at the age where it's not a bad idea.

That said, why not one last album?

While a lot of krautrock has strange aspects to it, I think Can might win for weirdest vocals. I also feel like Can is more like experimental rock than krautrock half the time, because they have such a different sound to any of the others. And Can's vocals make me think of punk music a lot. Which is why, even though they're one of the most strange and experimental ones, they may not be my favorite krautrock band overall.

Though, there are a fair amount of krautrock bands that are pretty strange and experimental at some point or other.

It's probably better than mine. If we're talking in terms of CDs, I've only got five. I've got a lot more on my iTunes, but still not much.
