I read that as Statute of muffins and I though someone had killed a muffin and there was a statute of limitations involved.

I've been watching to much SVU lately.

Or maybe the fact that ponies are pea-brained and probably don't even realize a pony is lying when she's giving some mad tells.

"Applejack wouldn't lie!"

Meanwhile, Applejack is visibly and unusually GREY while her lies are so obvious that even an autist could notice her lying.

I'm rather fond of drunk Twilight and drunk Fluttershy, myself. Drunk Fluttershy is usually depicted as quite a lot bolder than sober Fluttershy, and drunk Twilight is sometimes depicted as drunkenly hitting on sober Celestia.

With the size of those ponies, leaving out a keg of cider in the cold for 3 days would get them drunk.

That's now how fermentation works.

Also they don't keep it out for three days, they sell it immediately. See Super Speedy Cider Squeezy episode.

also, I got this from my Father.

he's made beer before.

if you open it, then reseal it, it will ferment.

Grapes do it before they rot.

apple cider does it, and if it does it too long it because vinegar.
