Can we please have less reports on non-discussion-thread gravedigs? There's not a fixed time limit where updating a thread is automatically "bad", particularly in threads where there is no dependence on any prior post like the one linked here. We really don't need to know every 28+ day post except in General, and occasionally elsewhere.

I would have considered this thread iffy even when it started, but now it's just become a chat thread. Could it be locked?

Now, there's always a possibility that I'm wrong. But this thread, I think, is not only in completely the wrong place, but it's already covered by the megathread on the Republican primaries. If I'm right, it should be locked.
