A thread in Gameplay that went 22 days without a post and has been bumped by the thread owner. I'm leaning toward No. But if another mod feels differently, I'm okay with it.

Could a mod please lock this? It was inadvertently gravedug by me since I mistook it for the general tournament Discussion Thread which may not even exist but probably should and does now since I just created it. We should not be using the Discussion/Signups thread from a two-month old edition as the general OOC thread. Plus, even if the old discussion thread does exist, Super-Llamaland would be OP as he used to run it and I should probably be OP as the new organizer, so I made a new one. And if the mods could please lock the Discussion thread for IBS IX so nobody else inadvertently (or deliberately) gravedigs it, that would be great. Thanks.

Edit: Llama has located the original Discussion Thread. Nonetheless, as the current organizer, it makes sense for me to be OP, and Llama's the OP there, so if a mod could lock the original discussion thread in addition to the above post, that would be great. V2 added to title of new thread.

Greg, it's your thread in an RP forum. You don't need two paragraphs of detail. If you're the OP, all you need is "Please Lock" and a link.

I'm confused. It's a locked thread that the OP hasn't requested a lock on so you won't lock it? Didn't you just contradict yourself? I'm not complaining about your ruling, just trying to figure out what it is.

It was a typo. The vast majority of old threads remain unlocked with no ill effect. They fade from the front pages with no ill effect and absolutely no need for mod action or explanation. I don't understand why your threads are so different that they need extensive documentation to do something unneeded, but there's a lot I don't understand about you.
