The gravedigging rule is to prevent people from reviving discussions that have been abandoned or are no longer relevant. This was clearly relevant to that thread. Let's concentrate more on relevance than strict use of a calendar, please.

Half of those were already archived (forum 10 is the archive). I usually do a quarterly sweep of all [PASSED] and [DEFEATED] resolutions from both WA forums, but I've been otherwise busy lately. I'd have gotten them eventually, and will try to remember to pick up the defeated ones and the SC sometime soon.
