GE&T is not just for storefronts. This sub-forum is also for other economic centered roleplays, like economic alliances, economic summits, etc. It's a fine line but anything concerning economic activity is usually allowed there. So, not-a-mod opinion is that that thread is alright since it is about oil producing nations, which is economic in nature.
