In function, it's essentially a maintenance thread (which is, in turn, essentially a cross between Jenrak's old Native Story Index and The Compendium); considering it's about their nation, I've moved it to NS, where the preponderance of nation maintenance threads are. "Non-canon" or "canon," that's the best place for it; there are extra-canonical roleplays about NS-countries in N&I, after all.
