I'm fairly certain this is Renewed Imperial Germany: similar posting style, et cetera. If I'm not mistaken, RIG was DOS?

RIG is Delete-On-Sight, but I'm not seeing conclusive evidence on the backend that this user is them. For future reference though, suspected DOSes are best reported via the Getting Help page, since it generally needs a game mod to confirm one way or another. :)
