What excuses are they making, exactly, and could you link me to them?

What excuses aren't they making? They openly sponsor a racist terror group, they support affirmative action which is institutional racism, they want reparations even though their ancestors deliberately destroyed the Northern economy by allowing slavery, they support the Holohoax. The list goes on. All in all they are a sickeningly racist organization run by thugs and hoodlums

Just a question, but who would you blame for those conditions?

It's more of a, "what would you blame", question rather than a ,"(((who))) would you blame" question
