[Question] Voice of Mod screen shots

I know in the past that screen shots of Telegrams have been allowed (although if that policy has changed or I am wrong, feel free to correct me), but what about Voice of Mod telegrams?

To that end, my question is: Are "Voice of Mod" (VoM) telegrams allowed to be quoted or displayed in a screen shot so long as the content of that quote/image do not violate the Terms of Service?

Well, it's been about five days. There's a good chance this question was probably missed.

Dear Evil Wolf,

The policy regarding screenshots has not changed in 5 years to our knowledge based on what Moderators have said regarding using screenshots as evidence. This policy states that Screenshots are not acceptable forms of evidence.

Unfortunately we have been unable to find evidence whether screenshots of telegrams are allowed or not allowed on Nationstates public forms although we question the ethics of such a move, especially given that they could be easily edited as alluded to by Katganistan in our earlier evidence. We would strongly advise you to read the rules before posting such a telegram as it may fall foul of one of the many other rules that can be summarized with the ideology of, "Don't be a dick". If you believe that such a post could be construed as objectionable (something as to which you have already demonstrated evidence of by way of this thread) under the rules, we recommend reconsidering posting such material.

All VoM telegrams are a matter of permanent record and can be verified by the moderators and the administrators at any time. To our knowledge given a recent discussion regarding Moderator Corruption the telegrams cannot be deleted.

We hope that this helps answer at least part of your question and perhaps provide sensible guidance regarding polite internet etiquette.

While that helpfully suggests that MoV screen shots could be legal, I'd rather hear it straight from the horse's mouth. I couldn't find any topic or post directly addressing the matter either, Dalaen.

I'm not concerned about the content, it can easily be verified by the Mod who made the MoV and its fairly benign. I'm only concerned about the act itself, which is the posting of a MoV screenshot.

VoM telegrams may be shared with others, be it by copy/paste, screenshots, reading them out loud to your neighbor, etc...
