I believe the term is sarcasm. The thread is "What's your favorite part of nation states?" and Prussia, in his own clever way :roll: is expressing his opinion. I hardly think he's deliberately attacking anyone. Besides, the forums themselves are not capable of being attacked, not that way, anyway.
