[Question] Can I have my thread deleted?

So I made a US Politics related thread in the General Forum that got locked. It's clogging up my inbox and since it most likely will stay locked, can it be deleted? I believe that people can ask for their thread to be deleted, correct me if I am wrong.

Not sure what you mean by it's 'clogging up your inbox'. It's locked and will sink into oblivion. But no, we don't delete threads on request.

Ok, thanks for telling me. I mean't it's clogging up my inbox as in it was taking up unnecessary space

Um ... you can turn off notifications, and you can unbookmark or the like, but no - we don't just delete threads on request for your convenience.

I think NS++ lets you remove those from the View Your Posts page, if I'm not mistaken, but that's not NS made.
