[Question] Which forum for journalism?

Vox Concilii is going to be reporting on news, events, philosophy, and ideas in the General Assembly and Security Council. However, since we are reporting out of character, the in-character forum NationStates does not feel entirely correct. I've already asked this question of Sedgistan, but he is not entirely sure.

Which forum should Vox Concilii use for its articles? Would NS General be a good place to put such articles?

If its a news thing for your region, it would go in Gameplay.

If it's for your nation, i think that would be Factbooks and National Information, or possibly the Nationstates forum. You may, of course as said, use your own factbook/dispatches for this as well.
