It's right in the site rules, and iirc, mentioned on nation creation etc. You shouldn't need to be 'warned for multying'. It's a no-no, and those found in violation are booted from it. Pretty simple. It's like you're asking to be warned that you are about to receive a warning.

Had you said, "He should receive the death penalty after his trial," I'd have let it go.

Given that the guy is in custody and will be tried, isn't "receive the death penalty after his trial" the most obvious interpretation of the word "execute" ?
