I am generally tolerant but this man has crossed all limits he called the river ganga, marijuana and an illegal drug, you need to take strict action against this

We can't guarantee that you won't be offended by differing points of view. In this case, words do take on multiple meanings across different cultures. Example being (for me), the slang "Ganja" or "Ganga" refers to a drag queen by the name of Laganja Estranja.
