You've got all sorts of misnested tags in there, including several [align=justify] an unsupported tag. Try taking out all your align tags entirely and see if you can fix it. It's more trouble than I'm willing to go to at this hour.
Remember, tags must be nested properly. If you start with [alpha][beta][gamma] you've got to end with [gamma][beta][alpha].
