While I'm under the impression this goes in the Spam Report Thread, I wasn't sure it'd get caught quickly enough before the real spam starts.

I don't know how many rules this is breaking, but lord knows it's probably a lot.
If this does go in the Spam Megathread, please let me know, and I'll be glad to move the report.
I simply put this in it's own thread to get it locked as quickly as possible.
