Why can't my region's members talk on the RMB?

I am there with another problem One of my region's members telegramed me that he is not able to talk on the RMB. I changed a few settings and I asked him if it works, but it still didn't ork to him. So, guys, how can the members of my region talk on the RMB? Or, better said, how can I make them able to talk on the RMB?

No. All he said was :"Hello! I noticed I can't post on the RMB. Is it locked or something?"

True, but most likely unnecessary. I suspect the player in question knows exactly why he is blocked from RMB messaging. It's not a technical problem - it's almost certainly a moderation thing from somewhere in his past. It's equally likely he's maneuvered you, his new regionmate, into raising the question because he knows we won't budge on it for him directly.

Wouldn't the player just be able to found a new nation to post on RMBs then? Or would that be akin to "posting around a ban"?

A lot of people just telled me they can't post on the RMB. It is obvius that nation has done nothing wrong. But for some people, it works. What the heck is wrong with my region?

I doubt there's a problem with your region. I moved in a puppet to check it out, and I was able to post on your RMB just fine.

And, interestingly, if I go to Jaksol's nation page, there's no "View Forum posts" button. Is this a sign that that nation is not allowed to post on the forums, or on the RMB? Or is that some other bug?

I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to post on the RMB. The only ban, due to being underage, is their inability to post on the forum. Have them file a Getting Help Request.
