The Paraguay was hacked! I can not get into my account. I asked for help from the moderators to recover my region, like other regions, but my request is being ignored. That's the reward for years of dedication to the game.

You have already filed several GHRs and had responses from multiple moderators regarding why we cannot help you. This is precisely why our official stance on sharing accounts around is "This is risky, do so at your own risk." and why we stress that password security is your responsibility. When an account gets shared around, we have literally no way on the backend to prove unauthorized access, especially when the alleged stolen nations apparently changed hands 2 months ago (and in two instances upwards of 4 months ago, which cannot be explained by "I had it in vacation mode and only sign in every two months.) A trail that old makes it virtually impossible to verify whether it was stolen or given away. It's even in the FAQ (underlining for emphasis):

It is against the rules to hijack someone else's nation, and if we see someone do it, we'll ban them. If we don't see it happen, though, and someone changes your password and e-mail address, I'm afraid you're on your own. As far as the game is concerned, your government has been overthrown in a coup.

To prevent people accessing your nation, turn off auto-login in your Settings if you use a public computer. You should also choose a password that is not easily guessable.

I am sorry, but there is nothing that moderation can do to assist.
