So, me and a few other people were on this thread, then the OP suddenly got DEATed. I want to make a reboot, but I don't know if it's against the rules due to him not giving me permission to do so. Can I or can't I?

I'd advise against- New Vaxon isn't delete-on-sight, and I imagine he'll be back when he next logs on to resume it with another one of his nations.

There doesn't seem be any IC for this RP yet, Reppy. I dropped by their OOC and advised them to wait a bit to see if Vax returns.
