It was merely a joke. I didn't intend for it to be mean, or a flame.

This is like the fifth time I've been warned (or in some cases banned) for just making innocent jokes, which are taken as flaming or trolling by some.

You'd think that after the first two or three you might see a pattern, and perhaps pay more attention to site rules. I'm not seeing this as OUR failure.

I didn't have bad intentions, I often have trouble understanding or predicting the emotions and reactions of other humans, I can't really relate to them.

I couldn't fine anything in the rules thread, which said that attacking ideologies is prohibited or a rule violation.

Apparently the specific phrasing was left out of the latest iteration OSRS. There is, however, at least five years of precedent that it's considered trolling or flamebaiting to use "diminutive political names".

Seems like he has a problem with his bbCode. That or too much text that made his sig go over the limit.

There's a "Disable BBCode" checkbox under Options that they checked for reasons unknown. Unchecking that yields an entirely legal sig.
