Hi, I am not sure if this is the right way to do this but anyway....
I have refounded the region THE COMMONWEALTH SECRETARIAT and wanted to make a thread in gameplay however there is a one thread rule and one already exists for the previous founder who i have nothing to do with. viewtopic.php?f=12&t=166327
Since that nation has cte and the region has been refounded can the old thread be removed to avoid confusion and can i make a new thread?
