Based upon the next 4-5 pages in the thread, I don't know if it's flaming, per se (save for the bitches part). He's expressing his opinion about a society, not a person.

I'll tell him to avoid calling people bitches in the future.

EDIT: Actually, upon further investigation, he's not calling anyone a bitch. He's using extremely crass language to imply that America is beholden to Israel's policy. 'You', in this case, is America, the country, and by extension, its society.
