Are spamming the FAR thread and are not suppose to be there. He is trying to hide behind rules but all he is doing his posting misguiding answers to questions he shouldnt be answering.

could a mod please remove his post before he causes any more problems

He seems to be posting an application in an open OOC thread. I am not clear whether you've rejected his application to join FAR, or whether you're simply telling him he has to join FAR before he can apply for the RP. Seems to me a polite TG to him from FAR organisers would solve any problems.

If he posts in the actual RP thread after FAR has rejected his application, fair enough, OP ownership applies and mods will remove such posts. Please link directly to the post(s). Click on the little icon that looks like a turned-down page in front of the "by [Whoever]" line, then copy the address.
